Yoga props :)

I've now tried my "yogatoes" toe stretchers. It feels a bit odd at first, but it feels good after a short while. I also got some other things with the yogatoes: a sugar scrub, massage sponge, vibrating massagers that you attach to the yogatoes (sounds kind of kinky doesn't it...?), a fantastic foot cream with grape fruit and open toe socks to wear while using your yogatoes :) So my feet are definitely getting shaped up for spring. If you want yoga toes too, check out yogapro.com (right now they have a mother's day special).

If you have a slippery mat, you might want to get a manduka towel (mine is from lululemon.com). You place the towel over your mat when you are sweaty and it will stop you from sliding about (you can also wet the towel with some water if you need to). I also love the yoga mat from Sun Salutations called Zakti (I bought mine through yogaloftet.no). It is made from eco-friendly materials and is the least slippery mat I've ever tried, pluss it's pretty also.

If you use yoga blocks in your practice, you might want to check out Hugger Mugger's blocks. They are in cork (so they're firmer than the plastic ones, but a bit softer than wooden blocks) which is a great natural material. I got mine on amazon.com.
